Withdrawing your consent to the data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your explicit consent. You can withdraw already granted consent at any time. An informal notification sent to us by e-mail is sufficient for this. The legality of data processing that occurred prior to such withdrawal is not affected by this.

Right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority

In the event of a breach of data protection laws the affected person is entitled to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. Right to data portability

You are entitled to a right to have data that we process by automated means on the basis of your consent or in performance of a contract delivered either to yourself or to a third party in a commonly used, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically practicable.

Right to confirmation and information

You have the right to receive a confirmation from us as to whether personal data relating to you is processed. If this is the case you have the right to request information from us, free of charge, on your stored personal data.

Right to rectification

You have the right to request the prompt rectification of any incorrect personal data concerning you. You have the right, taking into account the purposes of the processing, to demand the completion of incomplete personal data.

Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”)

Pursuant to Article 17 GDPR you have the right to request from us the prompt erasure of personal data concerning you, and we are obliged to promptly erase personal data if one of the following reasons applies:

1. The personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed.
2. The data subject withdraws his/her consent on which the processing is based in accordance with Article 6 (1) point a) or Article 9 (2) lit. a), and there is no other legal basis for the processing.
3. The data subject objects to the processing in accordance with Article 21 (1) and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or the data subject objects to the processing in accordance with Article 21 (2).
4. The personal data has been unlawfully processed.
5. The personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation under EU or Member State law to which the controller is subject.
6. The personal data was collected in relation to the offer of information society services in accordance with Article 8 (1).

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right under Article 18 GDPR to request from us the restriction of processing if one of the following conditions is fulfilled:

1. The correctness of the personal data is contested by the data subject for a period that enables the controller to verify the correctness of the personal data.
2. Processing is unlawful and the data subject refuses the erasure of the personal data and instead demands restriction of the use of the personal data.
3. The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but the data subject needs it for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
4. The data subject has submitted an objection to processing in accordance with Article 21 (1) and it has not yet been established whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override the grounds of the data subject.

SSL/TLS encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for reasons related to security and in order to protect the transfer of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries which you send to us as the website operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection in that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the padlock symbol in your browser toolbar.

When SSL/TLS encryption is enabled, the data that you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

4. Data collection on our website

Cookies

If you send us enquiries by contact form, your data from the enquiry form, including the contact details specified by you in it, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and for follow-up queries. We will not pass that data on without your consent.

The data entered in the contact form is thus processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) lit. a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time. An informal notification sent to us by e-mail is sufficient for this. The legality of the data processing operations that occurred prior to such withdrawal is not affected by it.

The data entered by you in the contact form remains with us until you request its erasure or withdraw your consent to the storage or if the purpose of the storage of the data no longer applies (e.g. after the completion of the processing of your enquiry). Mandatory provisions of law, particularly statutory retention periods, remain unaffected.
